Sausages and ham (Specialities)

There is a large playground here for our product developers. Hundreds of specialties for retail and gastronomy form a unique range in the usual Gierlinger quality.

Juicy ham of all flavors, cold cuts, air-dried sausages, salami specialties, meat spreads, greaves spreads - everything is adapted to the tastes of different nations.

All of these are Gierlinger's specialties, which are produced with lots of ideas and care in the factory at Sremska Mitrovica. The pigs are kept in a species-appropriate manner right next to our production facility, which avoids animal transport. No stress before slaughtering naturally contributes to the quality of the meat.
