Just in time for the barbecue season, the best barbecue bacon that millions of barbecue professionals want on the grill is now available on supermarket shelves. Gierlinger, the leading supplier of bacon and crispy bacon products, with Weber Grill, well known as the “Grill-Pope”, is launching the all new “Weber Grill Bacon”.
Tender bacon smoked on beechwood and with a 3 mm cut is not too thin but just right, so that it is perfectly crispy and has the ideal bite. In Germany it can already be found on the shelves, in Austria Spar was the first to leap at this opportunity . Few other countries right up to Scandinavia are in final negotiations for the first listings.
A flagship Austrian company (placed 159 in the Top 500 Upper Austrian Company List) has pulled off a real deal. After Gierlinger defined the benchmark in Europe with the Wiener Schnitzel, Crispy Bacon and other products, with Weber Grill, we are now putting the crown on the bacon. In the process, much was implemented in the interests of food trading.
Such factors which we implemented were attractive dispensers for elegant presentation and a product height that corresponds to the current height of refrigerated shelves. The environment has also been considered by reducing the ratio of packaging material to product weight to a minimum.
From presenting the perfect burger to the crispy topping on salad and vegetables, to the embellishment of asparagus and figs, there are no longer any limits to the creativity of the grill-masters.
