Our factory in Tamási, Hungary, opened an in-company childcare in May 2019. While the children are cared for, their parents are working only a few steps away. This reduces stress in the family’s everyday life and improves their work-life balance. The childcare facility offers places for 16 children at a preschool age and 10 children up to 8 years.

In summer- and winter holidays the company organizes camps in order to take care of them and to nurture them e.g. in foreign languages, preparations for school, crafts and wrestling. Those children who visit the childcare after class use the bus service for free, as well as 340 employees.

Now our factory was awarded as family-friendly company 2021. Congratulations to the winners!
